You will receive an initial nutrition assessment to complete. Following this, a consultation will be arranged via a direct face-to-face appointment or a phone consultation.


As each nutrition plan is highly personalized, we will discuss;

  • Dietary preferences & food preferences

  • Meal preparation, capabilities and time

  • Any allergies, intolerances, likes and dislikes

  • Your body and health goals



At this consultation your measurements will be taken to provide a starting point and allow us to track your progress effectively.  Within 7 days, you will receive a completely personalized nutrition program starting you on the journey to achieving the healthy body you desire. Every 4 weeks we will have an additional consultation discussing your progress and revising your personalized nutrition program to keep chasing those body, health and wellbeing dreams.
